We provide a 30-day limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship when reported in writing within 30 days of delivery. Defects are determined by the product manufacturer and Skid Row Man.
This warranty applies to product cost only and excludes installation fees, transportation, neglect, vandalism, misuse, or customer modifications. At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective products.
Sand-cast mailbox variations are considered normal and not defects. Wood products are not covered, as pressure-treated lumber naturally cracks over time—typically within 6–12 months outdoors. Normal wear and tear is excluded. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability after service completion.
